It's shaping up to be a busy summer full of Irish fun!

We kick it off with a Memorial Weekend trip to Chicago's Southland for Gaelic Park Irish Fest– a long weekend of craic filled with great bands, tasty food and even a carnival (which is included in the very affordable admission price of only $10!)

With not even a day to rest, the girls and I hop a plane to Ireland for a 10 day trip.  We'll visit Offaly, Connemara, Limerick and Tipperary on this trip.  I'll be checking in whenever possible, so you may want to consider subscribing to Ireland with Kids or following me on twitter @iatraveler.

When we return my eldest daughter will be taking some summer Irish dance lessons to prepare for theTwo Rivers Feile in early August and the Kansas City Feis that takes place over Labor Day weekend during the fabulous Kansas City Irish Fest.

What Irish plans do you have for the summer?
