welcome to Dublin Airport. Arrival and departure tips for Dublin Airport. Ireland travel tips | Ireland vacation | IrelandFamilyVacations.comOh the things you do for a great airfare! (Under $700 round trip) The girls & I set out this morning on the just over 5 hour drive to Chicago to catch our flight to Ireland this evening. A smooth drive through Iowa led to the privilege of paying to drive slow, one lane interstate highways in Illinois. Despite that we made good time and arrived about 3 hours early for our flight.

I’m really excited about our Ireland trip this year. New destinations and activities mix well with favorite places, and I’ve even planned two periods of relaxing ‘nothing planned’ time for us to really enjoy and unwind.

Don’t forget to visit the Tourism Partners page – we couldn’t off our exceptional advice without their support!

Ready to follow our trip? I’ll be sharing on the Ireland Family Vacations Facebook page (planning on some live video, too!) as well as the Ireland Family Vacations Instagram and Twitter feeds with #IFV2016 (to make it easy to find).

I hope you’ll join in via your favorite social site! Questions and comments are always welcome!

I can’t wait to share more of Ireland with you!
