The following Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver is provided for your review prior to making a deposit. This copy is for reference only and does not require action at this time. Once your participation in the tour is confirmed, you will receive an official copy of this document to review, sign, and return as part of your registration.

Traveling in Ireland Tours

Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver

This agreement is between Halsted Enterprises, Inc DBA Traveling in Ireland Tours (“Tour Operator”) and the undersigned traveler (“Participant”). By signing below, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
The Participant understands that travel includes certain inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation, weather, walking conditions, and unforeseen events. The Participant voluntarily accepts all risks associated with this tour.

2. Transportation
– For groups of 5 travelers or fewer, transportation will be provided by the Tour Operator.
– For groups of 6–10 travelers, transportation will be provided by a professional driver guide.
The Participant understands and accepts that transportation arrangements may vary depending on group size.

3. Release of Liability
The Participant releases, waives, and agrees not to hold the Tour Operator, its employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of the trip, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Travel Insurance
The Tour Operator strongly recommends that all Participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation. Failure to secure travel insurance is at the sole risk of the Participant.

5. Responsibility
The Tour Operator is not responsible for personal property, missed connections, delays, changes in itinerary due to weather or circumstances beyond its control, or any additional expenses that may result.

6. Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, the Participant affirms that they:
– Have read and understood this waiver,
– Accept responsibility for their own safety,
– Acknowledge that travel insurance has been highly recommended,
– Voluntarily agree to these terms.
