Our number one rule of traveling with kids: never skip the swings.

When they’re that age, the castles and ruins don’t impress them after a while. The swings really help. 😉

I am a big fan of swings and sad to admit, we have skipped the swings on occasion. I am learning my lesson though as my son gets older. It’s such an easy stop that makes everyone happy.
