Anthony is an award winning chef, owner of Eala Bhàn and Hooked in Sligo, Chairman of the Sligo Food Trail, and Past President of the Restaurant Association of Ireland.
Anthony is also County Sligo's second biggest fan- after WB Yeats.

Located along the Wild Atlantic Way in northwest Ireland, Sligo is the least visited county along this driving trail.
Anthony grew up in County Sligo and is a tireless promoter of the county's beauty, food, and landscape.
